Sleep Patient Coordinators will work with you and your referral source to get the necessary authorization to get coverage for your machine and supplies.
Step 2
Respiratory Therapist will meet with you to set-up the CPAP machine and fit your for the most appropriate mask. The RT will also ensure you are aware of the insurance requirements and provide you with a plan ensuring compliance in order for the patient to understand the value of the therapy.
Step 3
The RT will contact you within 72 hours of set-up in the case you are struggling in using the CPAP. Our compliance department will be monitoring your first 90 days to ensure that the target is met so that you can continue your CPAP journey in ensuring the best quality of life for today, tomorrow, and beyond.
