First encounters leave the strongest impressions. Therefore, our sleep coordinator will reach out to the patients with multiple goals in mind. First and foremost, is getting the patients scheduled according to the urgency of each case and the need for an obstructive sleep apnea diagnosis. Then, the coordinator will contact the patient's insurance companies to have a full understanding of their financial ability. Finally, a confirmation will be sent to the referral source informing them of the patient’s current status and scheduling them for a set-up
